Cathy is a licensed CPA and has over 35 years of experience in tax planning, return preparation and tax research and also assisting with compliance, accounting and management services for several companies which include automotive related businesses, investment partnerships and real estate ventures. She earned her BS degree in Accounting from Utah State University (USU) and graduated Cum Laude. Upon graduation from USU she worked in Salt Lake City for one of the Big 6 accounting firms in their small business and tax department and obtained her CPA license while there. She then went to work for one of the firm’s major clients as their Corporate Treasurer and Tax Manager. Later she re-located to Provo to work as CFO for a couple of medium size auto dealership groups. She has had experience overseeing multiple accounting departments, working with lenders, and overseeing employee benefit programs among other things with her main focus on partnerships and corporations.

She enjoys reading, traveling, beaches and family in her free time.
